Les superviseur(e)s travaillent de concert avec l’équipe de direction du magasin, les équipes de l’exploitation et les partenaires externes pour acquérir les connaissances et le soutien nécessaires pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise et obtenir de bons résultats.

Expériences et compétences recherchées
- Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable; le jour, les soirs et une fin de semaine sur deux.
- Posséder de solides aptitudes organisationnelles et interpersonnelles, et être doué pour le service à la clientèle.
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions.
- Posséder un à deux ans d’expérience à titre de superviseur(e) ou de meneur d’équipe est un atout.
- Pouvoir soulever une charge pouvant peser jusqu’à 23 kg (50 lb), seul ou avec l’aide d’un(e) collègue .
Responsabilités liées au poste
- Diriger les associés et les encourager à établir des relations avec les clients et leurs collègues en vue d’offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et de générer des ventes brutes tout en ayant d’excellentes connaissances du marchandisage et des produits.
- Veiller au maintien d’une dotation en personnel suffisante au sein du rayon ou du service pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.
- Gérer le rendement des associés en leur proposant des occasions de perfectionnement, en leur communiquant les responsabilités et les objectifs, en reconnaissant et en récompensant leurs efforts, et en leur offrant une rétroaction continue.
- Passer en revue de nombreux rapports y compris ceux ayant trait aux ventes, et collaborer avec le directeur adjoint à la formulation de recommandations visant à améliorer les stocks, l’organisation des étagères supérieures et le marchandisage des produits connexes en vue de stimuler les ventes.
- Assurer la disponibilité des stocks en tout temps et le respect des plans d’organisation des étagères supérieures.
- Analyser, résoudre et signaler les problèmes des clients de façon appropriée.
- Faire part des ventes du magasin, des événements et des activités promotionnelles au cours des réunions quotidiennes et hebdomadaires du rayon ou service.
- S’assurer de respecter et de communiquer clairement l’ensemble des normes et des protocoles relatifs à la sécurité et à la protection des ressources.
