Citi is in search of a Senior Java DevOps Lead to enhance its DevOps capabilities. This role requires a leader with a strong foundation in software development and infrastructure management. You'll be tasked with defining effective DevOps strategies, overseeing CI/CD optimizations, and ensuring scalable application delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the execution of DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives
• Design automated CI/CD pipelines for various applications
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform
• Collaborate on setting SLAs, SLOs, and application performance
• Foster collaboration and communication within technical teams
Requirements:
• At least 6 years in software development or operations, with senior experience
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud environments
• Knowledge of IaC principles and scripting technologies
• Proven ability to manage technical teams effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
