• Design and run annual and quarterly planning processes
• Drive cross-functional execution and program management
• Lead the People function, ensuring effective hiring and culture
• Own RevOps/BizOps, optimizing operational systems
• Manage compliance and security frameworks for healthtech operations Requirements:
• 8+ years in operations with leadership in startups
• Hands-on experience in RevOps/BizOps, People/HR, or IT
• Proven ability to blend strategy and execution
• Strong data instincts and operational awareness
