Your guidance will be essential in directing the Finance Team towards strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align operating budgets with strategic plans
- Collaborate on financial literacy enhancement across departments
- Manage audit procedures and financial communication
- Monitor team performance, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Facilitate project management for capital and administrative roles
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- CPA certification required for this position
- 5-10 years of relevant finance experience
- Understanding of non-profit accounting standards needed
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
