Lead AI/ML Engineer in Clinical Data

- Fine-tune one or two embedding models on clinical data
- Evaluate model performance for accuracy and relevance
- Work closely with physicians for data validation
- Maintain compliance with healthcare privacy and consent regulations
- Contribute to enterprise vector store integration projects
- Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML frameworks
- Solid background in embedding models and healthcare data compliance
- Familiarity with RAG strategies for model development
- Ability to collaborate with clinical teams
- Expertise in aligning models with organizational needs
