Shape the future of wholesale as a Lead Applied AI/ML Scientist at Faire. Drive innovation in agent-based retail technology while working in a hybrid model that supports collaboration and independence. At Faire, you'll be the technical science lead for the Compass product, enhancing the retailer assistant's effectiveness. This pivotal role demands hands-on involvement in data strategy, modeling, and experimentation, while also ensuring quality and speed in shipping product features. Your cross-stack engineering skills will allow you to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the development and strategy for agentic products
- Ship features across Python app and frontend platforms
- Transform product ideas into strategic, sequenced plans

- Collaborate with engineers on architecture decisions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI
