Lead ATOM Engineering for AI Solutions

Reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering & Delivery, your leadership will form the backbone of RBC's AI initiatives while adhering to compliance and governance standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee deployment of foundational AI models
- Design secure software infrastructure for ATOM
- Partner with leaders for optimal model performance
- Direct technical roadmaps for infrastructures and APIs
- Ensure adherence to AI governance standards
- 12+ years in software engineering/ML, including management
- Proven experience in critical software deployments
- In-depth knowledge of MLOps and model serving
- Effective team leadership skills
- Capability to implement ready-to-use production solutions
