Lead Solutions Engineer at Fintech Company

Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will tackle integration challenges and craft a clear technical narrative that enriches the sales process, ensuring an effective onboarding experience for merchants. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the technical authority during sales interactions
- Clarify integration specifics and compliance needs
- Document and analyze technical flows and merchant requirements
- Manage the end-to-end technical pre-sales process
- Streamline sales to delivery handoff processes
- 7 to 10+ years in Solutions or Sales Engineering
- Deep understanding of the payments industry
- Exposure to gaming and cryptocurrency integrations
- Capability in leading technical discussions
- Proficient in creating documentation for scalability
