Director of HR Optimization at Oak Valley Health

Drive HR excellence as the Director of HR Optimization at Oak Valley Health. This pivotal role focuses on Workforce Management and Scheduling for improved operational efficiency and superior patient care.
Reporting to the Vice President, People and CHRO, you will lead many initiatives, including HR Operations and Payroll processes. Your work will be crucial in advancing the People Plan 2026-2029, ensuring workforce flexibility, and enhancing service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide workforce management and scheduling across hospital operations
• Assess and address workforce risks with actionable insights
• Ensure HR Operations deliver compliant and reliable services
• Collaborate with Digital/IT for optimized HR technology
• Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive team culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8 to 10 years in workforce management/HR operations
• 5+ years formal leadership experience
• Experience with payroll systems and HR analytics
• Strong analytical and communication skills
