MEMBER SERVICES SPECIALIST

CSS Pension Plan has supported members financial futures since 1939 and now serves over 57,000 members and 300+ employers across Canada, managing more than $5 billion in assets. As the organization modernizes its digital services and member experience, it is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to support members while helping shape the future of service delivery.
The role involves administering pension transactions (transfers, withdrawals, death benefits, banking updates), maintaining accurate member records, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, responding to member inquiries, supporting use of CSS technology (including myCSSPEN), and referring members to appropriate advisors or specialists. Additional responsibilities include year-end activities, documentation, reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting employer-facing services.
Working within a collaborative team model, the successful candidate will contribute across service functions while demonstrating accountability, respect, and teamwork.
Qualifications:  Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills; attention to detail and sound judgment; ability to work effectively in a regulated environment; commitment to high-quality member service; post-secondary diploma or higher in finance, accounting, or administration
Preferred assets: Pension, benefits, or financial services administration experience; customer/member service experience; ability to explain complex information clearly; Pension Plan Administration Certificate (PPAC) or willingness to obtain one.

This position is primarily on-site in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, though limited remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered. Salary $60 -$65K
