TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking Training & Development Specialist to join our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant. Training & Development Specialist are hardworking, positive, and eager employees that is responsible for ensuring that the training and development activities for the Manufacturing site.

The Qualified Candidate will have:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management or Management, Adult Education, or related field; the equivalent of education and work experience will be considered.
- 2026 spring graduates are encouraged to apply.

The ideal Candidate will have:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to design training materials and other solutions to help close identified knowledge and skill gaps.
-Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently teach and train individuals and groups.
-Comfort learning new software, such as a training management system.
-Willingness and ability to learn hands-on technical and manufacturing skills well enough to train others. No prior background in these specific skills is required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
