Reporting to the Customs Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support in the customs process. Your role will involve maintaining accurate databases, auditing B3 documentation, and resolving client disputes effectively. This position is vital for minimizing transactional errors in customs operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of client databases related to customs
- Audit B3 documents for compliance and correctness
- Address and resolve potential client disputes
- Implement improvements in the customs support processes
- Assist the freight department to maintain efficiency
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Customs Brokerage
- College Diploma in related field preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian customs processes
- Familiarity with CargoWise One system is desirable
- CCS, CTCS, LCB certifications advantageous
