- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser for store presentation
- Monitor budget and facilitate returns and exchanges
- Create and engage a positive team environment
- Minimum of 5 years retail experience, 2 years in management
- Effective communication and proven leadership skills
- Strong organizational and salesmanship abilities
- Interest in interior design and teamwork spirit
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs (30 kg)
