• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and consistently.

• Ensure proper waste disposal, recycling, and composting in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist with basic food prep and storage while following food safety standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and support overall kitchen organization.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Support kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous.
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or serving roles will be considered a plus.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential skills for success in this role.
