Job Responsibility:

About Us: New Art Drapery & Blinds is a leading provider of high-quality window blinds and window coverings. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and offering a wide range of products for both residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales and Admin Assistant to join our team.

: We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Sales and Admin to handle both sales and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese (preferred), and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming showroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing window blinds, providing product recommendations and demonstrating features.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Manage the daily schedule for installation and appointments.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing documentation.
• Ensure the showroom is kept clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or administration is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.

Experience:

• Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
• Sales: 2 years (required)
