This role involves creating high-quality legal content for Canadian professionals, blending innovation with practical guidance. As a Content Lawyer, you will contribute to an innovative online platform aimed at enhancing legal practices. Your primary responsibilities include writing and editing practice materials, ensuring their relevance, and collaborating with seasoned legal professionals on content development. This role offers a unique chance to harness your legal knowledge and writing skills into impactful resources for the legal community. Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit practice notes and legal materials
- Maintain current and relevant content offerings
- Monitor trends in Corporate and Private M&A law
- Manage relationships with legal practitioners
- Support cross-functional strategies with team members
- J.D./LL.B. and active bar membership in Canada
- 3+ years experience in Capital Markets and M&A
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Fluency in French is a plus
