Position OverviewReporting to the Housekeeping Manager and the Management Team, the Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring that guest rooms meet Moxy Marriott standards and the established procedures of Moxy Montreal Downtown .

- Prepare the supplies and equipment required for cleaning assigned areas.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and sanitary facilities; empty garbage bins, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Inspect furniture and equipment and report any maintenance issues or room irregularities to the supervisor.
- Follow established work procedures and safely handle cleaning products and equipment.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to guest needs and delivering exceptional service at Moxy Montreal Downtown.
- Perform any other related duties as required to maintain excellence in customer service.
- Good physical condition and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move loads exceeding 20 kg (44 lbs).

- Ability to communicate in French and/or English, both spoken and written, to effectively interact with an international clientele on a regular basis.
