Become the Corporate Controller at a reputable heavy machinery manufacturer in Woodstock, ON. Lead the financial operations in a dynamic, multi-site production environment. This pivotal role emphasizes driving operational performance and financial accuracy. You will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Enhancing financial processes will be essential to support business growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage preparation of financial statements across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and controls
- Analyze costs to identify efficiency gains
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecast process
- Oversee AP and AR to drive best practices
- CPA designation is preferred
- Minimum of 5-10 years in industrial finance
- Extensive experience in complex operations
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
