As the Managing Partner of BIG Woodstock, you won't just be opening an office — you'll be becoming part of the fabric of Oxford County. You'll serve the families enjoying Southside Park and Pittock Conservation Area, support the entrepreneurs and tradespeople who keep this city's economy moving, and build the kind of client relationships that Woodstock people are known for valuing. What does a BIG Managing Partner do?

You're the owner-operator of your branch. You lead your team, grow your book, and build something that's genuinely yours, with the full infrastructure of a national brokerage behind you.

• Build your branch: Recruit and lead a team of brokers rooted in the Woodstock and broader Oxford County market, setting the culture and pace for your operation.

You’ll Fit Right In If You

• Have a proven track record in insurance sales or brokerage leadership

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license in good standing (or willing to convert your OTL)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships

Preferred

• CAIB, CIP, or CRM designation
• LLQP License in good standing
• Experience managing or mentoring brokers
• Experience in commercial lines
