Construction Project Manager - Water and Sewer

Drive significant infrastructure projects as a Construction Project Manager in Woodstock. This role offers a blend of site management and strategic project oversight with a community impact focus. Your expertise in sewer and watermain construction will guide the effective execution of civil projects from start to finish. - Manage infrastructure project delivery from award to closeout
- Oversee financial aspects including billing and cost tracking
- Administer procurement and manage subcontractor negotiations
- Foster collaboration with clients and municipal partners
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate strategies
- 5–7+ years in civil or infrastructure sectors
- Minimum 2 years in project management
- Strong grasp of construction scopes and specifications
- Proficient in document management and project controls
- Relevant post-secondary education is required
