Sales Representative - RTD Beverage (GTA)
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our high-growth beverage client to recruit a Sales Representative to drive expansion across the ready-to-drink (RTD) category in the GTA. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional looking to build a brand in a fast-moving and highly competitive segment.

MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our high-growth beverage client to recruit a Sales Representative to drive expansion across the ready-to-drink (RTD) category in the GTA. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional looking to build a brand in a fast-moving and highly competitive segment.
Some of what you will do:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve volume and distribution targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Build strong relationships across retail and on-premise customers
- Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and trade shows
- Collaborate with Marketing to align in-market execution with brand strategy
- Stay close to market trends and consumer preferences within the RTD and beverage alcohol space
- Deliver best-in-class customer service while managing day-to-day account needs
- 2+ years of experience in beverage alcohol or CPG sales, ideally within RTD or related categories
- Strong understanding of the Ontario beverage alcohol landscape
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive results in a territory-based role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the GTA
