User Acquisition Team Lead PPC Affiliate

Lead data-driven user acquisition from Canada remotely, combining PPC and affiliate expertise with hands-on campaign optimization and team coaching.
This User Acquisition Team Lead guides PPC and Affiliate Managers while owning multi-channel growth strategy. You will manage acquisition budgets, analyze funnel performance, maintain tracking integrity, and negotiate affiliate partnerships. The work focuses on measurable profitability, scalable traffic, and accountable execution across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers
- Develop acquisition strategies across PPC and affiliate channels
- Allocate budgets using CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Optimize bidding, targeting, creative, and campaign structures
- Maintain tracking and attribution across GA4 and Mixpanel
Requirements:
- At least three years of performance marketing experience
- One year each in PPC, affiliate, and team leadership
- Experience managing substantial acquisition budgets
- Strong knowledge of full-funnel performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms
