The CFO Centre Canada is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven finance leader to build and lead our Edmonton region.

This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to establish and grow a regional business backed by the world's leading provider of Fractional and Part-Time CFO services.

Remote-Based | Must Reside Within the Region

The ideal candidate will combine senior CFO or financial leadership experience with strong commercial and business development capability . As Regional Director, you may personally support CFO clients while building your portfolio, developing the market and growing a team of experienced CFOs.

You'll be responsible for expanding The CFO Centre's presence throughout Winnipeg, developing client and referral relationships, recruiting and supporting high-calibre CFOs, and building a sustainable regional business.

What You'll Build

As Regional Director, you will:

• Establish and grow The CFO Centre's presence throughout Edmonton
  
• Develop new client relationships and strategic referral partnerships with banks, accountants, lawyers and advisors
  
• Personally support CFO clients where appropriate while building the region
  
• Drive business development and regional revenue growth
  
• Recruit, mentor and support a team of experienced CFOs
  
• Deliver an outstanding client experience that drives retention and referrals
  
• Collaborate with national leadership on strategic growth initiatives
  
• Build a sustainable, high-performing regional business
  

Who We're Looking For

You may currently be a:

• CFO, Finance Director or senior finance executive
  
• Fractional CFO or finance consultant
  
• Former Audit, Assurance, Private Enterprise or Advisory Partner
  
• CEO, President or senior C-Suite executive
  
• Business owner or entrepreneur
  
• Professional-services leader with strong SME relationships
  

The ideal candidate brings:

• Senior CFO or financial leadership experience
  
• Experience with privately held, owner-managed businesses, ideally with $2M–$100M in annual revenue
  
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
  
• Demonstrated business-development and relationship-building capability
  
• Credibility and confidence working with business owners and senior executives
  
• Leadership and coaching capability
  
• A strong professional network within the region
  
• A passion for helping businesses grow and succeed
