Job Description

1. High-performing operating system — strategy, people development, meetings, communication, metrics and accountability operating consistently across the company.
2. Proactive, integrated Business Services — support functions viewed by Operations as high-value business partners that help teams run, maintain, grow and scale.
3. Predictable commercial performance — Sales/BD and Marketing operating against clear targets, with the Director accountable for team performance, pipeline discipline and commercial systems.
4. Scalable organizational capability — Finance, HR, HSE and business processes able to support growth without creating unnecessary complexity or executive bottlenecks.
