Manager of Data Management in Vancouver

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical database design and validation processes
- Monitor project-level schedules, budgets, and vendor credentials
- Implement operational protocols for data collection
- Collaborate in developing SDTM datasets with vendors
- Stay updated on competitive trends in data management
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in a management role
- Strong familiarity with clinical trial processes and CDISC
- Expertise in EDC database design and safety data management
- Excellent ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts
