In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with Go-To-Market leaders to design effective sales processes that enhance revenue outcomes. Your focus on aligning sales philosophies and operational frameworks will be key to driving consistent practices across the organization, leading to predictable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on a unified sales framework for all business lines
• Standardize core sales processes and operating rhythms
• Create best practice programs and training for sales teams
• Partner with People and Culture for effective training programs
• Develop performance reporting and tracking systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field
• 8+ years in sales operations or commercial roles
• Direct experience in ag-tech or related industries
• Proven ability to influence sales strategies
• Strong understanding of CRM and sales metrics
Your strategic vision and operational expertise will guide Semios Group towards a sustainable future in agriculture.
