The Role
We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Journeyman to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems across a variety of facilities.
From troubleshooting system issues to performing routine maintenance, your expertise will help ensure reliable performance across key sites.
Otis Air, established in 1993, is the largest HVAC service provider in the Cayman Islands, known for quality work and a strong team culture.

What You'll Need
- 5+ years experience in commercial HVAC
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver's license
- Trade certification (preferred)
- Clean police record
