We're seeking a Remote Travel Advisor – GDS Experience Required to join the Aspire Lifestyles team! In this role, you'll use your travel expertise and GDS experience to assist premium customers with domestic and international travel, itinerary changes, disruptions, and complex travel needs. This is a permanent, full-time overnight position with no outbound sales.
Responsibilities:
- Book, modify, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Use Sabre and other GDS tools to research and resolve customer travel needs.
- Assist with flight changes, disruptions, loyalty questions, and complex itineraries.
- Support customers by phone, email, and chat while navigating multiple systems.
- Deliver high-touch service while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional travel industry experience.
- Current or previous hands-on GDS experience required; Sabre strongly preferred.
- Experience with an airline, travel agency, corporate travel company, OTA, or reservations environment.
- Must reside in Ontario and be available for permanent overnight shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Dedicated home workspace, reliable hardwired high-speed internet, and ability to pass a background check.
