Drive technology innovation as the Director of Technology and Risk Strategy at Options Community Services Society. This role is dedicated to enhancing organizational resilience through secure tech practices and digital transformation. Working under the CEO, you will oversee the comprehensive strategy for Information Technology and Risk at OCS, a charity invested in community stability. Your leadership will ensure alignment with the mission and the highest standards of privacy and regulatory compliance. You will champion a culture of security while supporting technology initiatives that underpin service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the enterprise-wide technology and risk strategy
- Ensure the implementation of security and privacy standards
- Manage digital transformation and innovative solutions
- Lead and mentor high-performing IT teams
- Collaborate with various departments to further resilience
- 5-7 years’ experience in IT, cybersecurity, and risk management
- Relevant educational background and continuous development
- Proven leadership in managing complex systems
- Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
