Foundations Learning & Skills Saskatchewan is a non-profit organization that changes lives throughout our province by providing free literacy, learning, and skills development programs delivered in partnership with trained volunteers and like-minded community partners. To accomplish this goal, we are recruiting a full-time employee in the role of Operations Coordinator to support this work.

About the Role

Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with the Executive Director, the Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day financial and administrative functioning of the organization. Responsibilities include core bookkeeping tasks  including payroll support, accounts payable and receivable, and cheque issuance. The Operations Coordinator helps ensure that financial records are accurate and current, that donors receive timely and accurate acknowledgment of their gifts, and that new staff are properly oriented to office systems and protocols.
