Service Coordinator

Vipond/Alsask is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Regina team. Someone who can see both the details and the bigger picture.
This is a role for a highly organized, thoughtful professional who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, managing competing priorities, and bringing structure to a fast-moving service department.
You will be a critical connection point between our customers, technicians, sales team, and operations, helping ensure that commitments become action and that our customers receive the level of service they expect.
As a Service Coordinator, you will help manage the daily activity of our service operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and optimizing technician schedules, service calls, and project requirements.
Communicating proactively and professionally with customers regarding scheduling, service requirements, changes, and next steps.
Reviewing incoming requests and determining priorities based on urgency, customer needs, technician availability, and operational requirements.
Supporting technicians by ensuring they have the information, documentation, and coordination necessary to execute their work effectively.
Monitoring open work and following jobs through to completion.
Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and service information.
Helping to create an organized, responsive, and exceptional customer experience.
