Inspection Coordinator

Vipond/Alsask is looking for an Inspections Coordinator to join our Saskatoon team. Someone who can manage the details while keeping the bigger picture in view.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and thoughtful professional who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, managing competing priorities, and bringing structure to a fast-paced inspections department.

As an Inspections Coordinator, you will help manage the daily activities of our inspection operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and optimizing inspector schedules, recurring inspections, and site requirements.
Communicating proactively and professionally with customers regarding inspection dates, access requirements, scheduling changes, and next steps.
Reviewing incoming inspection requests and determining priorities based on regulatory requirements, urgency, customer needs, inspector availability, and operational demands.
Supporting inspectors by ensuring they have the necessary customer information, site details and documentation to complete their work effectively.
Monitoring upcoming, open, and completed inspections to ensure work progresses on schedule.
Tracking inspection reports and following up on outstanding documentation.
Maintaining accurate customer records, inspection schedules, reports, and related documentation.
Helping create an organized, responsive, and professional customer experience from the initial request through inspection completion and follow-up.
