Resort Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Sales department at Dakota Dunes Resort. This role assists with client communications, proposal and contract preparation, database management, event coordination, and sales administration while helping deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests and clients.
As a key member of the resort team, the Sales Coordinator serves as an important liaison between the Sales department and operational teams across the property, helping ensure information is communicated effectively and guest expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
Maintain accurate client records, databases, and files.
Assist with lead tracking, inquiries, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate site inspections, familiarization tours, and client visits.
Support group bookings, meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales materials.
Support participation in trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
Act as a liaison between the Sales department and operational teams throughout the resort.
Communicate client needs and event details to appropriate departments.
Assist with internal coordination to ensure seamless guest and client experiences.
Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to group and event business.
Support day-to-day administrative functions of the Sales department.
Provide professional, friendly, and welcoming service to guests, clients, and partners.
Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in creating memorable experiences that reflect the hospitality standards of Dakota Dunes Resort.
