Senior Business Analyst – Lending Domain (Canadian Banking)
Required Experience: 7+ years

Role Descriptions:
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and architects
- Analyze and document end-to-end lending processes, business rules, and data flows
- Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Support solution design discussions, gap analysis, and impact assessments
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine requirements
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Support UAT activities, defect triage, and release readiness
- Contribute to documentation of processes, systems, and data definitions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lending platform modernization or transformation experience
- APIs and enterprise system integration concepts
- Canadian banking regulatory and compliance exposure
