The Opportunity

You will join a multidisciplinary clinical team providing comprehensive healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents. The role offers flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build and develop your own clinical practice within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of paediatric conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses
• Conduct developmental assessments and monitor growth milestones
• Provide preventative care, health education, and immunizations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment and care plans
• Work collaboratively with family physicians and other specialists within the clinic network
• Provide ongoing care and follow-up for paediatric patients and their families

Candidate Requirements

• Specialist qualification in Paediatrics
• Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Experience in outpatient or community paediatrics preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills
