Patient Consultant

Position Title:

Summary:

This position is a dynamic, multi‑functional role combining administrative coordination and clinical support in a boutique, luxury medical aesthetics plastic surgery clinic.

Director of Operations

Hours:

On-site, Full Time--Monday- Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact, providing a warm greeting and managing patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Build rapport, gather patient information, and educate them on non-surgical and surgical procedures, products, and financing options;
• Conduct consultations, visits and assist with initial assessments
• Facilitating financial discussions with patients and providing information about payment options.
• Coordinating with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
• Ensure continuity of care through interprofessional communication
• Coordinate patient scheduling, maintain detailed and confidential patient records (ensuring compliance with regulations), process payments, complete documentation and handle general office administration
• Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of five year's experience in a patient care role in a similar setting, preferably within a medical, aesthetic or luxury service environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology; and understanding of insurance processes is beneficial
• Ability to manage a high-volume schedule and prioritize competing tasks
• Proficiency with office software and medical management systems; strong organizational, and multitasking, communication skills
