Responsibilities

• Be the primary consultant on 3–5 clients at any time, serving as their systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies
• Be comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularly
• Become an expert on the NetSuite application
• Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
• Take responsibility for solution delivery, including requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training
• Support clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architecture
• Design, build, and test system integrations between client business systems
• Support ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects
• Travel to client locations as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role – preferably in ERP, CRM or e‑commerce
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), IT, software or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising) implementations
• A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommended
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationships
• Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and deal with changing priorities
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies

Location and Salary

Toronto, Ontario, Canada – CA$90,000.00–CA$200,000.00
