Lead Consultant for HCM Cloud Solutions
Infosys
Oversee Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations with Infosys, targeted at the Canadian public sector. Use your stakeholder management skills and technical knowledge to drive successful project outcomes. In this Lead Consultant position, you will need a minimum of 7 years in IT, focusing on core HR, talent, and learning modules within Oracle HCM Cloud. You’ll be involved in project lifecycles, ensuring smooth execution from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Your analytical skills will help navigate technical challenges, and your ability to communicate complex solutions will facilitate effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Direct project discussions and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ensure smooth SDLC process for project lifecycles
- Manage security role design and data migration efforts
- Generate status reports highlighting project risks
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM solutions
- Hands-on experience with public sector clients
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
