We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a commission-only position ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, networking, and recruitment. As a 360 Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement — across one or more of our core verticals. Key Responsibilities

Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within your industry vertical. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain an active pipeline of leads. Partner with sourcing specialists and marketing to increase visibility and attract top talent. Maintain consistent communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience. Deliver measurable results through placements, repeat business, and referral generation.
