The Opportunity

The Senior Commerce Specialist leads a portfolio of accounts across multiple eCommerce platforms (Amazon Walmart Target and others) blending retail optimization with media strategy to drive comprehensive digital commerce client relationships develop integrated strategies and mentor junior team members while directlyimpactingclient ROI and company growth.

What You Will Do:

• Manage account portfolios and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels

• Develop and execute integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI and retention

• Analyzemarketplace and media data toidentifyopportunities recommend optimizations and improve sales and margins

• Defineoptimalmedia channel mix (Sponsored Ads DSP Video etc.) and execute award-winning campaigns

• Optimizeproduct pages metadata and promotional strategy

• Create data-driven presentations budgets forecasts and biweekly reporting

• Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platforms and retail media

• Educate clients on best practices and how retail and media tactics work together

• Collaborate with Customer Success Sales and Product teams

• Mentor junior team members andidentifyprocess improvements

Who You Are:

• 2-3 years of eCommerce client management digital marketing or data analysis experience

• Strong background in paid search (PPC) DSP/programmatic activation or multi-channel media strategy

• Deep knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces and Amazons advertising ecosystem

• Advanced data analysis Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Detail-oriented solution-focused and collaborative

• Passionate about Commerce and retail media with ability to learn quickly and adapt

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

Every role is different after the initial call but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the your initial call we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
