Junior E-Commerce Web Administrator

Become a Junior E-Commerce Web Administrator at Lee Valley, focusing on our Amazon storefront's daily management. This role offers an opportunity to drive product visibility and customer engagement in a permanent, full-time capacity. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, executing promotional placements, and monitoring e-commerce performance metrics. Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams, you will ensure the online shopping experience is seamless and effective while continuously seeking ways to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accuracy and appeal of Amazon product listings
- Execute merchandising updates across the storefront
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate on product launches and content updates
- Conduct quality checks on all online content
- 1–2 years experience in digital merchandising or website administration
- Education in Marketing or related field is preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and content management tools
- Strong communication skills for consistency and clarity
