Associate Role in Real Estate Acquisitions

Advance your career in real estate with CentreCourt as an Associate in their Acquisitions team. This role focuses on impactful high-rise residential developments in the Greater Toronto Area, providing essential experience in underwriting and due diligence. In this critical role, you’ll play a part in investment evaluation and transaction execution from start to finish. Working closely with the firm's Partners and Senior Vice President, you will gain insight into strategic decisions that shape the development landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial pro formas and investment analyses
- Analyze a variety of due diligence materials
- Collaborate with Development & Construction departments
- Manage transaction workflows and due diligence tracking
- Draft advocacy and legal documents for projects
- Business degree from a top-tier university
- 2–4 years in an analytical work environment
- Proven project management experience
- Strong Excel skills for financial modeling
- Critical thinking and effective communication skills
