Senior Financial Analyst for Retail Finance

- Conduct month-end variance analysis to identify financial trends
- Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget processes
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with BI teams on reporting system automation
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative culture
- 5+ years experience in FP&A and finance roles
- Background in retail finance and accounting expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling
- Strong communication skills to influence and build relationships
- Leadership qualities for team development
