What are your contributions to the team?

• Plan the implementation of new options and program changes
• Establish the manufacturing strategy
• Determine the impacts on the master production plan
• Define labor requirements and have them approved
• Define the learning curve and impacts on the production hours budget
• Define the budget based on order forecasts
• Standardize and optimize industrial engineering processes
• Produce impact analyses and strategies for the executive level
• Support governance at the executive level on the status of programs

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
• You have at least 5 years of experience in an aeronautical manufacturing environment
• You have great abilities to popularize and simplify tasks
• You demonstrate organization, rigor, initiative and autonomy
• You are a team worker
• You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance and curiosity and enjoy taking on challenges
• You master the Office suite
• You communicate (oral and written) in French and English
