Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Mississauga, ON. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, develop strategies to strengthen brand presence, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Responsibilities include leading digital marketing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and creating and managing content development to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging. The role also involves tracking marketing performance metrics and reporting to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Campaign Development skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools, Social Media Management, and SEO
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Performance Tracking
- Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing skills
- Leadership, Project Management, and Team Collaboration capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
- Experience in the lighting or home décor industry is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
