Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading Financial Institution, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple business lines. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end paid media campaigns, delivering data-driven insights, and optimizing performance across digital channels. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives, while leveraging analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities include the following;
- Execute and manage Paid Media campaigns including strategy, setup, targeting, ad trafficking, testing, and reporting
- Optimize campaign performance using data insights, KPIs, and digital media best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
- 2+ years of Paid Media experience with strong expertise in Paid Search campaigns (strategy, execution, optimization, reporting)
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and ability to provide data-driven insights
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Search Ads 360
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial services or wealth management industry
- Experience managing end-to-end, cross-channel digital campaigns
- Familiarity with emerging platforms like TikTok or Pinterest
- Experience with automated reporting tools and advanced analytics
- Experience mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive innovation
