Join Ridge North America in Calgary as the Director of International Capital Markets. Leverage your expertise in capital raising to forge essential relationships with global investors. In this critical role, you will manage the entire fundraising strategy and engage with institutional investors to secure funding for RNA’s ambitious growth plans. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing cross-border investor relations and ensuring compliance with international regulations during transactions. Collaborate closely with senior executives in a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute institutional fundraising strategies
- Manage communication with foreign investors and stakeholders
- Oversee international due diligence processes
- Minimum of 8 years in private markets or investment management
- Experience with large institutional capital raises
- Established connections with global investment entities
- Familiarity with Canadian tax and securities laws
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
