Discipline Manager for Mining at Stantec

As the Discipline Manager within Stantec's Canadian mining delivery team, you will oversee technical execution and engage a talented group of engineers. Your focus will be on developing market presence and execution of various mining projects. By providing leadership, you will enhance your team's capabilities and contribute significantly to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor developing professionals in mining
• Coordinate project tasks and provide technical guidance
• Ensure on-time project delivery within budget
• Cultivate positive client relationships and trust
• Identify skill gaps and support recruitment actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in underground mining or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional mining experience
• Valid Class G Driver's license in Ontario
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
