As a Campus Customer Service Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with students, professors, and the general public in a post-secondary institution located at Toronto, ON, M5B 1Y2.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Security Guard
Welcome visitors, verify ID, and provide directions
Control building access
Conduct foot patrols to identify risks
Check security equipment and report issues
Complete computer-based monitoring and reports
Respond to incidents and provide first aid
Write incident reports and communicate concerns
Answer questions in person and by phone
Qualifications for Customer Service Security Guard
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Must be able to commit to the full-time schedule for Monday to Friday from 12AM-8AM
- Must have a valid WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or concierge role
