The Opportunity

We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team immediately.

As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in helping our clients grow their businesses by identifying potential customers, starting conversations, and generating qualified meetings for sales teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into tech sales, business development, or SaaS. You do not need years of experience to succeed here — we’re looking for motivated, coachable people who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll receive hands-on training, live coaching, and ongoing mentorship from experienced sales leaders to help you develop valuable communication, prospecting, and business skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

• Building relationships and initiating conversations with prospective customers

• Engaging with both English- and French-speaking prospects across multiple markets

• Qualifying business opportunities and booking meetings for Account Executives

• Learning modern sales tools, CRM platforms, and outbound sales strategies

• Collaborating with teammates to improve messaging, outreach campaigns, and results

• Developing confidence in business communication, objection handling, and discovery conversations

Training & Development

We believe great salespeople are developed through coaching, repetition, and real-world experience.

You’ll receive training on:

• Cold calling and outbound prospecting techniques

• Writing effective sales emails and LinkedIn outreach

• Lead qualification and discovery conversations

• CRM and sales engagement tools

• Sales process fundamentals and pipeline development

• Communication and business development strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable receiving feedback

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation in a remote environment

• Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport quickly

• Interest in sales, technology, business, or SaaS

• Previous customer-facing or sales experience is considered an asset, but is not required

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped quarterly performance bonuses!

Typical first-year earnings range from $55,000–$75,000+, depending on performance.
